I can help you further narrow down the year to 1978-1981...
3023, the Ward LaFrance Ambassador was a 1978
9021, the C Mack was replaced in 1981 by a CF Mack which is now assigned as Engine 9062.
Maybe 1710 can check with Chuckie Oatman but I think the PowerWagon from 342 was a 79 or 80.
421's rig - I'm pretty sure the numbers were their Ocean County designators as they responded (and still do) with both counties.
Was this by chance the parade for the old CF Heavy Rescue that's now in Pennsauken?
Papacheese - I know this is during your prime time... help us out here!

Good ol' Professor Jay of the Burlington County Fire Truck Institute is going through his notes and should have information about the rigs Jim posted by Sunday evening or sometime on Monday.

A couple guys over at 201 found a box with some old pics in it. Thanks to cfd2037, I was able to copy them and share them with the group. These pics are form a parade in Palmyra. I don't know what year they are from. I know it is 1975 or later, because the old 2511 is one of the pics. The pics are not the best quality after being scanned, but I thought I'd share them any way. All pictures were taken by an unknown photographer. I believe WebBoss asked for this awhile back. A retired open cab Seagrave from 111. 1973 Seagrave 1000 GPM/350 gallons.

I believe that they still have it in service as a utility. The Mack CF pumper was a 1978. 2411 is a mid 70's American LaFrance Century. I don't have an exact year on it....Reverend do you know?

Burlington Township: Independent Fire Co., Sta. 301, Retired Engine 3013, C Model Mack Beverly Road Fire Co., Sta. 302, Retired Engine 3023, Ward LaFrance 3013 was a 1962 Mack C. I am going to guess that the Mack Squrt, 3014 replaced this truck. 3028, like WebBoss said was a 1978 Ward LaFrance. It was the first 1750 GPM pumper in the county and was nicknamed "Super Goose".

Burlington City: Hope Steam Fire Engine Co., Sta. 902, Retired Engine 9021, C Model Mack Young America, Sta. 903, Retired Ladder 9035, Mack Aerialscope. This truck is now serving in Croydon, PA where it ripened into a red truck. ;D Niagra Fire Co., Sta. 906, Retired Engine 9062, mack Retired 9021 was a 1964 Mack C with a 1000 GPM pump. This quite possibly, although I am not completely sure, might have been the first diesel powered engine in the county. Retired 9035 was a 1975 Mack 75 foot. Retired 9062 was a 1973 Mack CF pumper. 9061 was an identical twin.

It was wrecked in 1997 when some old geezer in a Caddy hit it and knocked it onto it's side out on the Parkway

The engine was a 1965 Mack C that later in life served a small now defunct volunteer department in Florida. The chiefs ride from the former 271 appears to be a Pontiac and their engine was either a 1975 or 1976 Ford C/Young. The Florence van is a 1979 or 80. Their Mack engine was a 1972 with a 1250 pump and a 500 gallon tank. It was refurbed by Grumman in 1986. Station 401 also had one. The tanker was a 1956 Mack B. I am guessing that it has about 5500 gallons in the tank trailer. That concludes today's lesson from the Burlington County Fire Truck Institute. Free beer for everybody!!

Was this by chance the parade for the old CF Heavy Rescue that's now in Pennsauken? No clue what the parade was for. The pics were in an unlabeled envelope in a random box. A lot of pics, lots of out of county trucks. That's it for the burlco stuff though.

The 402 Mack later went to 212 and is still there (for sale) running as Engine 2123. Still in great shape. A source of mine has said that the Mack B tanker is still alive somewhere in South Jersey shuttling water around for demolition projects. The Rancocas rigs... nice stuff. This is right around the time 272 was formed and getting off their feet. Jay, or anyone else... got any pics of 2711 the early 90's Pemfab/Boardman when it was either 2711 or 2731? (As the younger lads read this and say 273... WHAT!?!?!?) I would love to find a good shot of this rig for the company's archives.

I thought I knew every station in the county. What was 273? Obviously a Westampton station, but what about it? I knew there was a 293 (New Lisbon), 441 (Fieldsboro), and 504 (America) and they all disbanded. I'm sure there are more. These just come to mind the quickest.
