Manny Rivera a 14 year veteran of the Trenton Fire Department, married, father, suffered a heart attack Monday night as he helped save a man hanging from the upstairs window of a burning home while on duty. He is in critical condition with his life hanging by a slender thread at St. Francis Medical Center. He took a turn for the worse when the physician attempted to remove the ventilator on Tuesday.
