There's been quite a few things talked about since the creation of this board.

There are a few of us on here that are instructor certified and have a good basis to teach upon and a multitude of experience that we would love to share with you all.

If there was a couple of things you as a firefighter would like to learn about, post them here. I'm going to work with some of my contacts and those who monitor this board and see what we can do to host and provide an oppertunity for you to learn and practice maybe something different based upon your suggestions.

What do you all think?

My dream, and I hope you don't find this too crazy, is that I would like the people of this community to feel that if, God forbid, there were a fire, calling the fire department would actually be a wise thing to do. You can't have people, if their houses are burning down, saying, "Whatever you do, don't call the fire department!"

I love the idea.. very grass-roots.

I could really use a class on how to convince my wife to not be upset when I sign up for more FD training.. Short of that I'll have to put some real thought into it and get back to you.
