In case anyone missed it, NIOSH released the following advisory regarding aerial waterway operations:

While the odds of 1) something like this happening, and 2) it actually hitting someone appear to be extremely off-the-charts, be advised that a similiar incident just happened again over the weekend (thankfully without injury).
