Ok, I'll guess...is it a Meth Lab?
Or are B.A. and Murdock building the next tank out of this?

All right, I'll put it now before I go to work... Elizabeth FD Ladder Co. was driving by on it's way back to quarters and saw the rear doors open, and saw what was in it and decided to investigate..

And what did they find? Oh not much...just a pump, and a 150 Gallon Saddle Diesel tank bolted to a piece of plywood, not mounted to the van itself... Im sure this would've been lovely in a rollover or rear end collision.. Good job by the Ladder Co. investigating...avoided a big mess. I'll post the whole story when I get home.

Most likely these guys are taking old heating oil out of tanks with a pneumatic pump than filling trucks or heaters. I know someone who has a rig like this in an old short school bus. He hasnt paid for oil to heat his home in three years. With $4 gas on the way this will be more common.
