Thank you for starting this topic I tired it once before on the TWD and nothing came of it but I few people who felt I was just trying to show off our truck. I felt it was a great idea for people to maybe become acquainted with some of the stuff that others who you may or may not work with everyday carry on there trucks. We are also in the process of getting more equipment for the truck which include but are not limited to an alternative cutter device, rope rescue equipment, and some ice/water rescue equipment.

Thanks It is a very big improvement from the last truck which was a ambulance rescue. Not only is it well equipped in the 43rd all members a trained at minimum to Vehicle Rescue Operations in in order for the to ride on the truck. We currently have some members that are trained in High angle and a few special areas but we are not working on anything at this time for that.

good luck with the high angle , we had it few years back bought alot of equipment, trained a team and they trained monthy for a few years, no calls for it over that time frame, members moved on got older, intrest wained ect, equip is still there pretty much same thing happened to the confined space team, i call it the maytag repairmant syndrome
