With fire showing through the roof, and the smoke still a dark enough color to show that it is burning the upper parts of the house (void space and roof) with little to no cooling except aa little apparently at the C D corner, I'd call transitional here and continue to watch that C division for structural stability.
Most important, GET A 360! This job has a lot more to tell us than what we're seeing from the A D corner.
Place all companies, bringing in at least another truck, 2-3 RIT's, and 2 more engines.
Knowing only what we do... Assuming 2 engines and a truck first to arrive
E1 Hit the hydrant and lay in up to the house. Leading off with the 2 1/2 smoothbore to knock the living you know what outta this thing. Bulk of the fire looks like it could be on the C side. So enter the A side, and push this back where she came from. Be sure to be pulling ceiling as you go. If conditions inside are dicey, logically radio to IC and go from there.
E2 Grab the plug and boost E1's pressure of the Humat. Stretch the back up 1 3/4 and get on the coat tails of E1 and protect them while hooking and pulling everything around you, especially the ceiling along the way.
T1 Hit the roof division. Either ladder the roof (check for stability) or use an aerial apparatus to open that roof up and help the crews below you. Coordinate ventilation with Ops. Well timed vent on this job will make all the difference in the world.
If conditions dont improve within first couple minutes, pull out and set up shop.

Step 1- Get EMS for the DUDE on the RIGHT that is BEING CARRIED!!!
Step 2- Get Dumbass off the roof..it has already burned thru and he doesnt even have a roof ladder. Correction, he is standing in the vicinity of one, does that count?
Step 3- Use 2-1/2's, Ladder Pipes, and Ground Monitors to fill it up until the furniture floats out the front door.

Transitional leaning toward defensive. It looks like the bulk of the fire is on the C-side so as was said above what is seen on the 360 will dictate tactics. I don't like the look of the D-side and from the bulk of fire on C I have to think the fire has run the gambit there too.
Assess the structural integrity of the building, especially the roof. If its shaky, hit it from the outside.

Agree with Lurker up to Step three. Hit it hard with those devices, knock it down and assess from there.

And on the 7th day, the fire gods invented the "Squrt!"
