Maybe 171 can sponsor a "Water-On-Wheels (WOW) Orientation Program" for all the urban/suburban people.

I have run in the pines and on the riverfront. I am in no means an expert in either area. No promises, but I'm sure I could get Medford to help out with a tender drill if needed. And on the other hand, I'm sure if some pineys want to train with some hydrants and pipelines, that could be arranged with one of my other departments. We can at least go over some stuff on an off night if we can't get a full blown operation set up.
