This one's going to seem too easy, but if the instructor runs the evolution right, it can be quite effective in reinforcing proper search and victim removal techniques.
Needed: a donor home or anyplace that has multiple rooms, SCBA, TIC, tools, and handline.
Place a live victim (which means no smoke) in typical hiding place, assemble a crew of three. Objective is to perform basic search techniques, locate and remove victim. Handline must accompany crew and radio communications with Ops mandatory. Evolution isn't over until the victim is outside.
Simple and basic, this can be run multiple times during a training session to allow maximum reps.
