At 09:23 hrs TF43 was dispatched to 271 Medford Lakes Road for and MVC vehicle into a tree. At 09:25 the assignment was upgraded to a rescue with a firefighter on location reporting one to be entrapped. 4300 arrived at 0:932 hrs and confirmed entrapment, requested the Helicopter to fly with L.Z. at Shawnee H.S. and to add Engine from that local. 4300 also requested Atlantic city electric for a wire down. The victims legs where pinned by the floor board as well as the drivers side door being pinned. 4399 arrived at 09:32 hrs and the crew went to work stabilizing and securing the vehicle. Crews started off by removing the roof and then drivers side door. 4314 arrived followed by 4317 and pulled a protection line. After removing the drivers door and roof the crew removed the rear seat, cut the pedals, and took the passenger side door. Crews then used a ram placed against the passenger side B post to push the center console thus lifting the dash and pushing the floor board down free the victims legs. 4394 had PT care in the car. 1781 was the transport BLS. M33 and M400 had als care. While operating on scene Command was asked if power needed to but shut off and requested it to be shut down. After being shut off Alarm system at Shawnee was set off so engine 3712 handled that assignment. Crews cleared the scene at 10:25. E2511 had the L.Z.

Yupe Roof, both doors, rear seat, passenger seat, started to remove drivers seat but decided not to and a dash lift. not to bad we probably could have pushed the car in half with as much rust and rot there was on the car.

Wow, I'm surprised there's anything left of that thing. Looks like another job well done by Task Force 43. Hey Dave, we gotta get 4390 on here. Work on that for us. Tell him who the request is from and I think you won't have any problem.
