Rescue assignment was dispatched to RT 38 IFO Diamond M Lumber. Chief 1710 on location with A5091. Reported 3 vehicles, 5 patients, 2 trapped, 1 DOA. Two aeromedical units landed at RT 38 and RT 206.
RE1911 in service on one vehicle, that patient ended up being pronounced on scene.
RE1712 in service on one vehicle, rear door and B Post.
Supervisor 5003 had Triage. Two medic units and two medic supervisors on location.
171 units cleared the scene and reopened the highway at 02:00.
