Squad 2723 arrived to find a five car MVA, two with entrapment. Squad 2723 put all four pre connects into service on car one located on the shoulder of the Turnpike. The Squad performed a passenger side B-Post Tear, a roof removal, and two door pops on the driver side freeing the patient’s leg. Simultaneously the squad split the crew and took the portable duo pump to perform a door removal on car two located against the median. Both patients were extricated in approximately 15 mins.
