Ford Explorer VS Tri Axle Dump Truck Damage to Driver side door 12 inch intrusion to Occupants compartment. Pushed Ford approx 300 feet after collision
1 person trapped in Driver seat. Due to condition of pt. A rapid extrication was deemed necessary. vehicle was stabilized, utilities secured, glass management Driver Passenger Door and Rear driver window. Front windshield partial removed. Drivers door cut and pried. Lower A post cut and pried. Did a modified dash lift to free legs. Pt removed and flown to Cooper Trauma. Heard today not doing well. very sick!!!!!
