Rt 206 IFO Audio Depot. Initial report possible two peds struck both possiably fatal.
1900 arrives confirms two in the roadway one DOA. Requests chopper.

Very confusing on arrival due to the positioning of the Pt.'s and damage to the vehicle...
I tend to get my balls broke for this but when I arrive ecspecially at a mvc I tend to think towards my cop skills first looking at the evidence and scene preservation...
I immediately provided/assisted with Pt. care and more or less passed command.
Pt. 1 was definately DOA despite what others were thinking...
Pt. 2 agonal breathing at best...good job by 509...quick work packaging the Pt.
Once Pt.'s were taken care of it was confirmed the crash was on P-town...Notified PTPD and companies were scaled back and the remaining compaines assisted with the investigation.
Cleared after a couple hours...It did turn out to be a Double Fatal before we cleared the scene.
