Just wanted to throw it out there that the 'Boro now has a website:

www.willingborofire.org

I'm trying to keep it updated as best I can, but as we all know, the best updates are the incidents, and we never know when the best ones are gonna happen.

I hope everyone that checks it out and visits often

How come you guys were getting pretty quiet; now all of a sudden the new website comes out and you start getting all this work to show off! WTF Mates!

In all honesty though, it looks fantastic, and it's about time you guys get the representation the internet affords.

My dream, and I hope you don't find this too crazy, is that I would like the people of this community to feel that if, God forbid, there were a fire, calling the fire department would actually be a wise thing to do. You can't have people, if their houses are burning down, saying, "Whatever you do, don't call the fire department!"

While I'd love to give it more of the true "Boro" flavor to the site, please remember since its paid for by the township we have to keep it more PC than the 16thdistrict. We're hoping that the township government members and residents will look at how busy we've been lately and realize what their tax dollars are paying for.

As far as all the work lately, hell i'll take some excitement every shift. Busy firehouses have happy firefighters...........for the most part.......lol. Besides, all this work is great for me getting some OT. In the words of an unnamed firefighter from the 'Boro........."Times Are Tough"
