Starting this one off early...
Who are you?
Where are you from?
Why are you here?
I'll start:
Sean Desjardins from 121/272 and Central.
I'm here to support anything that can be remotely positive for our business. That and I was getting tired of every watchdesk conversation turning into a 185 bitch fest.

Morning....Rick Bickmore, Sr. a/k/a/ Papa Cheese from Moorestown FD, Hose Company No. 1 Station 311
I'm here mostly because I think forums are a great way to learn new things, share great ideas, build support, and provoke some thought. I am impressed by many of the forward-thinking people and organizations throughout this County and think a well-run forum can make a big difference. Primary interests include tactics, leadership, incident safety, member health, incident safety, risk management, incident safety, apparatus, and eradicating Fireground NTS (Non-Thinking Syndrome)

I'm Dean Jernigan from Cinnaminson, and sometimes Beverly. I am here because I like to talk to other people in our business, share ideas, and see in which way I can apply positive things that other departments are doing into my department. Things that make me livid are those people who stifle creativity and change, and those who won't try a different way to do something.

My name is Chris Bradshaw and I am from 181 in Browns Mills. I moved here a year and a half ago and decided to get back into the fire service. I like hanging out on discussion sites like this to learn from others and see what all is going on and maybe I might be able to teach someone something, Ha.

Steve Knobbs, Station 313 in the Capital of Moorestown or as Papa Cheese likes to call it "The Magic Kingdom"
I am here to learn from others, share what I know. Although I'm not quite as old as Papa Cheese, us old dinosaurs have learned a few things along the way. I promise to try to stay off of the soap box as much as possible. Us old fat guys get really tired easily and Papa Cheese will make me wear a harness, hard hat and a safety rope. Couple that with a coffee and a pack of smokes, it sometimes is an all day affair just getting ready and by then I'm too tired to rant.
I really hope that we can make this a worthwhile site and discussion board.
Stay safe!!!

Tom Maahs - Chief Presidential Lakes Fire & Rescue Squad. Hopefully this site will be closely moderated to take the B.S. away that gets posted on other sites. I am always watching and listening in an effort to learn more. Look forward to seeing some good positive post and comments.

Sean Galie from 251/258 -
I'll second the thought of every discussion elsewhere becoming an inevitable fight between two rabid dogs (and it's more than just one station or district).

Wylie Johnson, Captain/Acting Chief - Westampton Township Emergency Services where we do it all and get it done. Always looking to debate some good points of view and learn or share with others trying to do the same. My advice for everyone who is here - Professionalism. That other site sure lost that!
