EMT-Basic & Refresher classes @ ESTC

For those of you who have gone through either the EMT-Basic or a CORE-13 Refresher course at the ESTC, what was your opinion?

Be honest... As one of the instructors, I'd like to know what everyone thinks of our programs. What's good, What needs improvement, suggestions and such.

Are we meeting the expectations of our customers? Any input is welcome and greatly appreciated!

I'm in EMT-B this semester Tremp. So far, I've learned more in the last 3 weeks than I've even known about being a EMT.

The instructors that we've had so far are top notch, they get the point across and the information soaks in, which is what I personally will need being I don't know anything about the EMS side of the Emergency Services.

my guys at both stations have praise for the class, and seem pretty cool about most of the instructors.

I thought the template for the class allowed it to best soak in to my head, which is good because it's a lot of information. I felt well prepared when I took the test and it turned out to be no problem to pass on the first shot. I also find the information comes back to me when situations seem to arise.

I am going through right now and I am learning a lot. The style of teaching really helps. Also Tremp your puking dummy station was great.

It's nice to hear good things about the academy. It helps make all the work pay off.

Not a bad use for an old CPR Resusi-Annie huh? Next class, I'll add the stink! LOL
