Mayday Training

I have noticed a lot of talks about mayday training on here. After talking to one of the guys at work, he emailed me this flyer. Basically this company will come to your station with props and will go through mayday training.

FIRST RESPONSE TRAINING, LLC
PRESENTS:

This is an 8 hour course designed to challenge
mental and physical abilities of the firefighter.
This course will:
§ State parameters needed to call a MAYDAY
§ Offer methods to effectively convey a MAYDAY
§ Give firefighters a better understanding of the importance of clear communication while wearing a SCBA
§ Allow firefighters a “hands-on” approach to recognize when
to call a MAYDAY
§ Allow officers and firefighters a chance to hear and
respond to a MAYDAY call
§ Emphasize the necessity of proper communication in the field
when a MAYDAY call is received and confirmed

This course curriculum meets the National Fire Academy requirements.
We come to your firehouse or training facility with our
instructors and our props.
Firefighters will acquire essential life saving techniques to add into their personal toolbox!
