WTF Mates - Otts in Edgewater Park has turned into another 45th Street Pub! Any ideas how or why?  Can't shine a turd, clientelle dictates it will still be a dive. No matter how many new signs they put up, until they knock it down, build anew, and make the prices rediculous, it will still just be Josh and Mollys. |
